The City of Point Russell is soliciting proposals to hire a consultant to provide professional engineering services needed for the Roundabout Project. The details of agreements and payment terms will be negotiated with the selected consultant.
The City will review proposals according to the criteria as stated in the full RFP. Qualified firms will be ranked in order by a selection committee. Proposals that are deemed incomplete by the selection committee will not be processed.
The City reserves the right to reject all responses deemed unqualified, unsatisfactory, inappropriate or incomplete. The City is not responsible for paying costs associated with preparing a Proposal.

Five copies of the proposal must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. (EST). The Proposal must be in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside of the envelope “Proposal for Roundabout.” An electronic submission is required at the link below. We will use the online submission platform to track the interview and decision process and notify all respondents of updates throughout the decision process.
